What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it originally emphasized controlled movements and core stability. Today, Pilates incorporates modern biomechanics and equipment like the reformer to enhance its effectiveness.
It's popular worldwide for its adaptability, making it suitable for all fitness levels and helpful for injury recovery.
At Elegance Wellness Studios, we offer the chance to experience and personalise your own Pilates practice.

This ensures safety and stability while using the equipment.
