You will be welcomed into a safe and comfortable space and will be treated to the ultimate relaxation.
Let us guide you into the session with meditation and intention setting before the magical instruments are introduced. The sound vibrations of drums, gongs, chimes, and tibetan and crystal singing bowls will wash over you creating the perfect tranquil space.
Common experiences are deep relaxation, some people may feel emotional shifts or releases resulting in giggles or even tears. There is never any judgement in our sessions, feel what you need to and you will be guided and supported throughout.

Sound healing works by harmonizing the body’s frequencies. While research is ongoing, studies have shown that sound therapy offers benefits for stress reduction, emotional well-being, and physical healing.
Sound healing alters the brains specific states of activity through a process called entrainment. It moves the brain into the brainwave frequencies alpha and theta which is the process that happens as your body falls in and out of sleep.
Alongside this sound healing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps the body enter a ‘rest and digest’ state. This reduces stress and promotes recovery.
